Reducing Medical Waste

ReQuip is dedicated to reducing preventable waste and expanding equitable access to durable medical equipment and home health supplies. By collecting, sanitizing and redistributing gently used medical equipment free of charge, we improve the quality of life for people with disabilities, seniors, caregivers, and underserved communities.

We need volunteers to help receive donated medical supplies and equipment and distribute them to those who need them at no cost.

PROBLEM

The

Millions of tons of medical equipment end up in landfills every year—still usable, still needed. Meanwhile, people in our community go without the equipment they need because of cost, insurance gaps, and lack of awareness. The resources exist. Access doesn't.

SOLUTION

The

ReQuip creates an easier path: from the equipment gathering dust in someone's home or a healthcare facility to the person who actually needs it—at no cost. We handle the collection, preparation, and delivery so nothing goes to waste and no one goes without.
